1. Go to ‘Prepaid, Bills & Tickets’ then select ‘Internet & Voice’ under ‘Bills’.
You may pay different unifi bills like unifi Home, Streamyx, and Voice under ‘unifi’.
2. Type in your account number and the amount payable. Refer to your monthly bill statement and enter the amount accordingly. Click ‘Checkout’.
💡 Tip: To find your account number, click the ⍰ button next to the 'Account Number'. There’s a redirect link to guide you where to find the account number.
3. Choose ShopeePay as it’s the fastest checkout option! You may also pay with Credit or Debit Card, Cash Payment at 7-Eleven or Online banking. Click ‘Confirm’ and ‘Pay Now’.
4. Once payment is successful, view the summary of your order details and order status by clicking ‘View Order Details’. Do allow 1 day for your order to be updated to your account.
⚠️ Note: Any ‘Prepaid, Bills & Tickets’ purchased cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled after purchase unless it’s due to system failure.
